I must mention one additional strength, which Mr. Gartner possesses, and which I believe sets him above most if not all of his competition. That strength is his keen ability to assist, and not direct. As I look back on the interaction I have had with Mr. Gartner I am aware that he has skillfully guided me to see and decide for myself, allowing me to work through and resolve my situation using my own logic. I am certain that this is a very high level skill, which requires great patience, perception and compassion. The result has allowed me to not only resolve the problems that I have overcome, but to also grow personally and to strengthen my confidence.
